Spectrum glasses are made of added polycarbonate. Polycarbonate (PC) is a material with very high mechanical resistance but limited dynamic resistance. For this reason, our glasses are produced by adding a percentage of ABS , a polymer with elastic fibers that incredibly increases the resistance to torsion and flexion , to the virgin PC granules. The lenses, also made of PC, guarantee original ultraviolet protection and maximum impact resistance. The result is a light yet sturdy pair of glasses, ideal for everyday wear.
